Meet Shane Hoover
Shane Hoover has been a journalist for 20 years, primarily at The Repository in Canton, Ohio.
Shane has reported on crime, business, the opioid crisis, fracking and pipelines. He also produced two award-winning seasons of the podcast, Tales from the Rep Morgue.
Shane capped his time at The Repository with a year-long investigation of misdeeds by a former county coroner. The award-winning collaboration with reporter Tim Botos led the county prosecutor to review past death investigations.
